Ordering process

Placing an order with us is simple. Here's how it works:

Browse and select
Find the products you love. Each product page includes full descriptions, dimensions, materials and care instructions — read these carefully before ordering.

Add to cart & checkout
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address and payment details accurately to avoid any delays.

Confirmation email
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with a summary of your items, total cost and estimated delivery date. Keep this for your records.

We process your order
Our team processes and prepares your order within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £30. Standard UK shipping charges apply for orders below this amount and are calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to monitor your shipment in real time via the carrier's website.

  • Tracking emails are sent within 24 hours of dispatch
  • Check your spam folder if you haven't received it
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show activity after dispatch
  • For international orders, tracking may be limited once the parcel leaves the UK
If you haven't received your tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shopkhcuk@gmail.com.

International orders

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of the following for international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes or VAT may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
  • EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off right under EU consumer law
Important: We declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" to reduce customs fees.

Delivery issues

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If you experience any of the following, please contact us promptly:

  • Your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window
  • Your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the parcel
  • Your item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • You need to change your delivery address after ordering
